"Free" Fax

If students need to fax a document (2-3 pages), there are websites that will fax for free. See faxzero.com or just Google "Free Fax." There are a variety of free fax websites. What's the catch? They will insert one sheet of advertising. If the University Bookstore is closed, this is another way they can send a fax.

Subjects on Result List Items:
Due to customer feedback, individual records within the EBSCOhost Result List now display subject headings for all applicable databases and libraries. This feature is defaulted on for academic and medical communities. Others can enable the feature via EBSCOadmin.

"Text Me this Call Number" is working again.

The 'Text me this call number' feature has been restored. Thank you all for bringing this to my attention and for your patience.

Names Carved on the Exterior of the Library

The names were chosen because they had all written things that had contributed to social change.

The six visible names on the front of the library are:

There are four names on the East exterior wall of the original building which are still visible from 3^rd floor windows of the East Tower are

Donna will be housing some items from Special Collections in Seminar Room B through Wednesday, December 16. Please do not schedule anyone to use the space during this time period.

Recent Problems Reported with WiFi

Over the past several days some students have been reporting that they cannot connect to the wireless network. If they come to the Reference Desk with this complaint please ask them to send their Eagle account ID # and the location in the building in which they made their attempt to Rick Wagoner. Between 8 and 4:30 they can call him at 783-2435. In the evenings they can send him an e-mail to r.wagoner@moreheadstate.edu
