Are you seeing dots?

I have updated the blue dots on the light switches that should be turned off in the stacks at closing. Dots had peeled off the switch at the last row on the 4th level. Please make a mental note and remember to turn off this row. Thanks!

I've been seeing dots but I don't think these are the reason.

blue dots=off, white dots=on or off, orange dots= don't touch -- I think I've got it!
