PHAROS Print Stations
Today the 2 print stations on the 1st floor and the one in Ref. were not working. They took people's money off their cards, said they printed on the screen, and then no paper would come out of the printers. If this happens again, just turn them off and on. It fixes the problem, according to Scott Johnson at IT. (Wish I had known that sooner!)

Does it charge the student more money? If so, isn't there somewhere they can go to get reimbursed?
