Just wanted everyone to know that I was approached by a patron tonight concerning a question about NetLibrary. The patron was looking for a specific book that was said to be available in the Main Collection and also available online as an e-book. When the patron told me that the book was not on the shelf in the Main Collection; I then looked the book up and tryed to view it online. But, there was a problem with NetLibrary because it wasn't showing the all the text in the e-book. The patron, told me that she has had problems with NetLibrary before. Does anyone know what is wrong with NetLibrary and is it possible to have this fixed so that patrons can view e-books online? Thanks!
