The patron copy card is missing and whoever gave it out last, did not exchange it for another ID (ask for a driver's license) so we have no idea who has it. I doubt it will return on its own unless it's one of us who has it. Someone will need to let Luana know.

Luana will call the Eagle Card Office to try and get another one.
Actually, what I meant to say is that Luana has been notified and will call today.
Thanks to Luana we now have a new card. Let's be diligent from now on about collecting an ID as collatoral.
